Who We Are
Starting in 2020, Arizona notaries became authorized to perform online notarizations through secure audio/video technology in a process called Remote Online Notarization (RON). This authorization is established under Arizona Revised Statutes §§ 41-371 through 41-380.
RON helps make notary services more accessible and flexible for the public, while still maintaining strong security standards. Instead of signing documents in-person, individuals can complete many notarizations from home through a guided audio/video session.
We created Your Virtual Notary to help the general public access this convenient advancement in notarization, since many people are still unaware that online notarization is an option. Our focus is on clarity, security, and a straightforward experience.
We're a small team of notaries who genuinely enjoy serving the public and doing our part to support identity verification and fraud prevention. Each notarization is handled with close attention to detail and care.
Outside of notarizing, we enjoy spending time with family, getting outdoors, and soaking up the Arizona sun. That balance allows us to show up focused, attentive, and ready to notarize your documents!
